Unless otherwise requested, we ship via Federal Express Ground. Shipping prices are per pound and are determined at checkout with reference to destination. If you are ordering from anywhere but the 48 contiguous states, you must contact Jewelry Grade Glass for shipping rates. International rates vary, and international orders will not be shipped using domestic shipping rates.

Our return policy does not cover freight charges. All returns will be assessed a 35% restocking fee.
